The Ayam Cemani is one of the rarest chicken breeds in the world, originating from Java, Indonesia. A rare genetic condition called fibromelanosis causes hyperpigmentation — resulting in entirely black feathers, skin, beak, comb, and even internal organs. They are truly the "Lamborghini of poultry."

Originating from the town of Marans in western France, the Black Copper Marans is celebrated for laying the darkest, richest-colored eggs of any chicken breed — deep chocolate brown gems. Their striking black plumage accented with iridescent copper hackles makes them as beautiful as they are productive.
Our flock is proudly housed at the historic Concetta Farm — a beautiful 35-acre property nestled in the rolling countryside of Scott Township, Lackawanna County in Northeast Pennsylvania.
Bordered by untouched wooded lands to the north, Leggett's Creek tributary to the east, and conservation lands to the west, Concetta Farm offers the perfect serene setting for raising healthy, happy, and genetically superior birds.
We maintain strict breeding standards, selecting only the finest specimens for conformation, temperament, and genetic purity to preserve the integrity of each rare breed.
Our birds are raised in the clean mountain air of Northeast Pennsylvania — cold-hardy, robust, and well-adapted to eastern U.S. climates right from the start.
